    Consultation with Colleagues – At times, we may consult with other licensed professionals to ensure the highest standard of care. No personally identifiable information will be shared in these consultations, and all consultants are legally bound to confidentiality.

    Appointment history, session notes, and clinical assessments.

    Payment and billing information.

  • To schedule and confirm appointments.

    To provide therapy services and maintain clinical records.

    To communicate necessary updates related to your care.
